Car Division Policies
If you need to cancel or change a scheduled driving lesson, we
require at least 48 hours notice. If notification is received in
less than 48 hours we may not be able to accommodate the change.
For Sunday and Monday appointments notice must be received
before 5:00pm on the preceding Friday.
Cancellations and lesson changes are NOT accepted by email.
If the school receives late notification of a change or
cancellation and you wish to reschedule that lesson, a
rescheduling fee will apply. If you have questions regarding
rescheduling fees, please contact our office.
Road Test Cancellation Policy:
We require at least
72 hours notice (not including weekends) to cancel or reschedule
a road test.
Road Test Fees:
Road test, licensing, medical, and other administrative fees charged by ICBC are the responsibility of the student. No such fees are included in the pricing of any of our courses.
All vehicle lessons
are conducted on a one-on-one basis, with only the instructor
and the student in the training vehicle throughout the entire
lesson, unless the student specifically requests there be
another person present during the lesson.
Payment Plans:
All driving lessons for Class 4, 5, and 7 must be paid before or
on commencement.
Class 4 accounts must be paid in full by the first in-vehicle
lesson.
For GLP Programs:
A flexible pre-arranged payment plan may be set-up if requested
(hours of training received and payments must remain at par). If
full payment has not been received by final lesson, the
Declaration of
Completion will not be issued until payment is received.
If you wish to discontinue your training, we will refund the
portion that was not completed based on the amount of hours
completed, minus a $50 administration fee.
If you discontinue, the package rate is no longer in effect
therefore the full amount of each lesson will be subtracted from
the package amount. If more than 3 hours of theory has been
completed, we cannot issue a refund for theory classes. For a
