Privacy Policy

Collection and disclosure of personal information.

When you register for one of our courses, personal information is collected via our online form, email, facsimile, or by telephone. Only authorized employees of North Shore Driving School Ltd will have access to the information you supply to us and that information will be used only for the purposes of providing our services as a driving school.

We are the sole owners of the information collected. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to book a road test with ICBC we will need to provide your full legal name, driver’s license number, and telephone number.

Please note that we are required by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) to retain your date of birth, full legal name, driver’s license number, and contact phone number in our records for any student who takes lessons with us.

North Shore Driving School Ltd will not share personal information about you to other companies or people unless we have your consent to share this information, or we reasonably believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:

North Shore Driving School Ltd reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice to customers or affiliates.
