Instructor Training Courses

To become a licensed driving instructor in British Columbia, ICBC requires you to complete an instructor training course. We offer ICBC approved driver instructor training courses.

After successfully completing this course, send your documentation to ICBC with your licensing fee and you will receive your instructor’s license by mail. After obtaining your Driver Training Instructor’s License you can work for any driving school in BC or start your own!

North Shore Driving School Ltd is the longest running and most experienced Driving Instructor Training Centre in BC. Our instructor graduates are among some of the most successful instructors and operators in British Columbia. We have been committed to excellence in Class 5/7 and Class 1 instructor training courses for over 30 years and for the past 10 years the Motor Vehicle Branch has licensed us to train and test instructor trainees ourselves.
