What are all the cool things I'm going to learn?

Depending on the program that you take, there are a variety of things you will learn from us. The Core program covers all the basics you need, however we also have Air Brakes, Dangerous Goods, Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC), and Earning Your Wheels programs to help you along your chosen career path.

Class 1, 2, 3 ... which one is right for me?

Class One: is your tractor/trailer"big rig" set up. If you are looking to haul large amounts of cargo and the mystique of you on the open road is appealing to you, then this is the class for you.

Class Two: Will allow you to drive all bus sizes of bus.

Class Three: Will allow you to drive dump trucks with out towing a pup.

What do you cover for the Air Brakes requirement?

What kinds of things are covered by Dangerous Goods?

Before you can carry these cargoes you need to get this course under your belt.

What does PDIC stand for and why do I need it?

The Professional Driver Improvement Course, or PDIC, is only for the top drivers in the industry. Those drivers that want to make sure they conduct themselves appropriately at all times and give their clients a sense of confidence will find this program very useful.

How much of an investment are these courses?

The dates and times can be found here. The legend up top will tell you what course it is and just click on the month you wish to look at for your schedule.

What kind of equipment I am going to learn to use?

What gear am I going to need?

During the course of youth training with us you will need the following:

  • coveralls
  • 9/16" wrench
  • clipboard
  • pen
  • watch
  • appropriate shoes
  • rain gear

It's road test day, what do I bring?

On road test day bring your regular gear and the appropriate fees. As follows:

Class one: $60.00
Class two: $50.00
Class three: $40.00
