LESSON CHANGES:
If you are unable to attend or wish to change a scheduled
driving lesson, the school must be notified at least 48 hours in
advance. If you notify the school of a change in less than 48 hours,
we may not be able to accommodate the change. Weekend appointment
changes should be called in before 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday.
If the school
receives late notification of a change or cancellation, and you
wish to re-schedule that lesson (depending on the class of licence
you are training in & the length of lesson you initially cancelled), our re-scheduling fees are as follows:
Class
1 2 hrs. = $110.00 4
hrs. = $220.00
Class 2 2 hrs. = $110.00 4
hrs. = $220.00
Class 3 2 hrs. = $105.00 4
hrs. = $190.00

PAYMENTS:
Accounts must be paid in full by the first in-vehicle
lesson. If full payment has not been received by the final lesson,
a Completion Certificate will not be issued.
IN-VEHICLE LESSONS:
All in-vehicle lessons are conducted on a one-on-one
basis, with only the instructor and the student in the training
vehicle throughout the entire lesson, unless the student specifically
requests there be another person present during the lesson.
Lessons are based on a 55 minute hour, allowing the instructor
a 5 minute break per hour.
The Student is responsable listed in 'MEMO TO OUR STUDENTS'.
At the end of every driving session each trainee out of respect
for the next user is expected to sweep out their side of the cab
and take away any extra dirty gloves, waste etc.
A tidy work place is a mark of professionalism.
RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to discontinue your training, we will
refund the portion that was not completed based on the amount of
hours completed in-class and in-vehicle, minus a $50.00 administration
fee. If you discontinue, the package contract is no longer in effect
therefore the FULL hourly fee of each lesson will be subtracted
from the package amount. If more than 2 hours of theory has been
completed, we cannot issue a refund. For a more detailed version

LOCATION:
All in-vehicle lessons and in-class sessions are
conducted at our Truck Division located at 2990 Norland Avenue,
Burnaby, B.C.
Please contact our office directly should you wish to resume with
your training or if you should require any changes to your existing
schedule.
